Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older to play.

• Employees and management of Micronesia Mall and Mall tenants, Atkins Kroll, Philippine Airlines and Goodwind Development Corporation and their immediate families are not eligible to play the game.

• Only Guam residents who are US citizens, FSM citizens or permanent resident aliens are eligible to participate in the grand prize drawings.

• Foreign workers with valid visas, active-duty military personnel and spouses, foreign students, and spouses with valid visas are considered residents of Guam.

• Tourists are non-residents of Guam and are not eligible for the raffle drawings.

• Previous vehicle winners of past vehicle giveaways sponsored by the Micronesia Mall, and their spouses, are not eligible for the grand prize drawings.

How To Enter

• Present cash register receipts totaling $10 or more from any Mall store or eatery to the game booth in Center Court within 45 days of the receipt date and within the designated promotional periods to receive a game card.

• Receipts must be dated as follows:

  • Between November 15, 2025 and March 6, 2026 for drawing on March 7, 2026;

  • Between March 7, 2026 and July 10, 2026 for drawing on July 11, 2026;

  • Between July 11, 2026 and November 13, 2026 for drawing on November 14, 2026.

• Receipts may not be combined to reach the $10 minimum.

• Ko’ko’ Express and stroller rental receipts are not eligible for this promotion.

• Limit one receipt per store/eatery and one receipt per Macy’s department per day. Limit 2 eatery receipts per day.

• You may be required to present your purchases together with your receipts.

• You may obtain 1 free simulated receipt per day at the game display. No purchase necessary. Collect 10 simulated receipts to receive one free game card. Simulated receipts cannot be duplicated.

• All eligible game cards must be placed into the raffle drum by 8:45pm on the day prior to the drawing date.

• You must be present to win at raffle drawings. No proxies allowed.

• Instant win prize cards cannot be used as entry forms for the raffle drawings.

• Reproduction of entry forms is not valid. All entries from persons violating game rules are voided.

Prize Rules & Redemption Guidelines

• Vehicle winners may choose an alternate cash prize of $10,000.

• Winners cannot trade or sell their vehicle until 12 months from the drawing date.

• Vehicles not exactly as shown.

• All instant prizes have no cash or trade value and may not be redeemed for any goods or services other than those specified.

• Instant prizes cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

• Instant prizes can only be redeemed once per day at the Mall location.

• Deadline to redeem cards for instant prizes is 30 days after the final draw.

• Mall receipts and scratch cards are not transferable.

• Grand prizes must be claimed within 60 days of award verification date. All documentation and required information must be completed within this deadline before prizes can be released.

Legal Requirements

• All taxes and fees are the responsibility of the winners.

• Must present a valid government-issued photo ID for proof of identity as a precondition for prize release.

• Contestants’ contact information will be shared with Atkins Kroll.

• Micronesia Mall reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or higher value.

• All prizes are non-refundable and non-commissionable and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

• By participating, you agree to hold harmless Goodwind Development Corporation, Micronesia Mall, and all event sponsors and their officers, managers and employees from any liability arising from your participation in the game including any decision by management to forfeit a prize due to your violating rules and regulations provided that there is reasonable proof of violation.

• Entrants give Micronesia Mall the right to use their names and to take video/audio recordings and photos of them during the promotion period, including without limitation for advertising and marketing by Micronesia Mall and sponsors.

• If necessary, Mall management reserves the right to change game rules and dates.
